The mission of Diversity Telehealth Community Network (DTCNI), is to provide low cost or free Telehealth assistance to underserved populations in underresourced neighborhoods. It is the philanthropic arm of Diversity Telehealth, LLC. In previous years, Dr. Cooper has raised funds to provide Telehealth memberships to families in transition at True Light Family Life Center. Currently, DTCNI is collaborating with Health Outreach Foundation, Jerry Smith, Executive Director. Clients of the Health Outreach Foundation will receive Telehealth memberships that include 24/7/365 access to doctors, and discounted dental, vision and pharmacy benefits.
